I am proud to announce that Azalea, Unschooled has been named a finalist in the 2016 Maine Literary Awards, in the category of Book Award for Young People’s Literature, by the Maine Writers & Publishers Alliance. I’m in good company, with several other Islandport Press writers up for book awards. Good luck to all…it’s an honor to be part of the Maine writing community!
